I am getting holes in my teeth from clenching at night caused by TMJ/stress and my dentist gave me a hard night guard (spreads out the load) but now there’s even less room for my tongue. I want to protect my teeth but I feel like this is not helping :/

How can you tell if that mandible length is adequate but trapped backwards? Not got my CBCT yet. I had orthodontics for an overbite when I was 16, however my growth spurt occurred when I was older. I’ve symptoms of a trapped mandible, but my concern is I need palatal expansion badly but the chance of my mandible being short would likely prevent this. DJS I’d like to avoid

j'aimerai te poser une question , es ce que tu penses qu'avoir retirer deux dent de sagesse d'un côté et pas de l'autre peut causer des ennuies ? j'ai aussi des petites mâchoire en retrait et un déficit transversal .
