@boardtac.solutions: A CCTV system can be perfectly installed and still fail you when you need it most. I came across this camera recently. It is still there, still powered, and probably still recording — but look at the amount of dust and cobwebs around it. 😂 Over time, dirt, insects, cobwebs and even moisture can affect the camera’s view, especially at night when IR illumination reflects off the dirt and creates glare. Installing CCTV is only the beginning. Maintenance matters. Clean the lenses. Check the focus. Inspect connections. Confirm night vision. Review recordings. Make sure the system is actually seeing what it is supposed to see. Because there is no point having 24/7 recording if your camera can’t clearly see what happened.
