I’m absolutely sick over this case. I want justice for those babies, BUT it absolutely breaks my heart how this has all unfolded. Had a proper investigation been done from the beginning we wouldn’t be here in this situation…JMO🤷♀️

So if there is a new trial surely it has to be exactly the same so no new or different witnesses etc otherwise that’s an unfair advantage surely

Could she plead not guilty this next time & her defense focus on the crappy investigation and elude to that someone else could have done it?? And say she did not do it & was when she woke up she was told she did it & believed it? And maybe she could be found not guilty and acquitted

That one jury member did not do the right thing. He lied to the judge and broke the law. That’s shameful. The fact that people praise such behavior only shows their ignorance, poor judgment, and complete lack of moral standards. 11–1 for acquittal.😌
