@meganepauly: New Costco finds you need to check out, especially if you’re a mom trying to take care of yourself while also keeping everyone else alive and fed. Feel Good Company Creatine+ is now at Costco, and this is probably my favorite find. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements for supporting muscle strength, recovery and everyday performance, but I also love how EASY this one is. It uses creatine hydrochloride and it’s literally just two pills a day. No giant scoop, no drink to remember, just take the two pills and move on with your day. Creatine hydrochloride is also highly soluble, so you can get it in a much smaller serving than traditional creatine. I also found the new Mid-Day Squares PB&J bars. These are basically a back-to-school snack for MOM. Throw one in your purse for that 3pm “I forgot to eat” moment. Each bar has 6g of protein and 4g of fiber. And busy-night dinner hack: check the freezer section for Pura Vida and Tattooed Chef vegetables. They’re already chopped, seasoned and made with olive oil, so you can get a veggie on the table without doing all the things.
