Google says none of dollare tree beauty products have enough good ingredients to do anything,and mainly all of them have glycerin in them which makes your skin soft but thats it

I have that face and body serum. It doesn’t do anything but sit on your skin. It doesn’t moisturize and it smells like grape medicine.
