I think this would work better as a series rather than a 2 hour movie bc it seems like a lot of these plot points need room to breath and really be explored in a way that gives borderlands justice as well as kreig as a character

the problem always is we're trying to make a game a physical thing, and sadly if it's not animate it's not the same, same thing with most of the game to movie things

OK YES i completely agree that krieg would be a amazing main character for the events of 2, I think starting at 2 would be a disservice to borderlands 1‘s story. Starting at 1 would give the world so much more foundation to pandora’s state, what jack is saying when he says he wants to "civilize pandora", AND what psychos are. If audiences know psychos as "the crazy, bloodthirsty, maniacs", seeing this world through the eyes of a ACTUAL PSYCHO WILL MAKE THE ARC HIT SO MUCH HARDER. Also I just really really really need to see the main bl1 vault hunters interact more. They have such untapped potential for fun and interesting dynamics, Lilith, Roland, Brick, Mordecai ALL OF THEM, GENUINELY. If we see more of them and start to care for them more, it will make the personal devastations jack puts of them AGAIN HIT MUCH HARDER!!! AND MAKE YOU SO MUCH ANGRER AT HIM FOR HURTING THE PEOPLE YOU CARE ABOUT!!! All this to say is borderlands 1 is sooooo foundational for the franchise and please please please don’t forget about it I NEED TO SEE MY FAV VAULT HUNTERS ON SCREEN!!! (sorry for the long comment I feel just as passionate about borderlands as you do MATTER OF FACT LET THOSE MFS DM ME TOO!!)
