I understand things happen, so I don’t charge a late fee. If I have no other appointmentsI allow up to 1 hour. If I have other appointments I allow 30 minutes including my 15-minute grace period. As long as you communicate with me

I only charge late fees due to having so many inconsiderate clients coming 30 minutes- 2 hours late making me have to push back other clients and taking off money off their services , I cancel after 15/20 minutes it depends if they communicate or not
