No. The case hinged on facts and evidence. The jury wasn’t split on her mental health at the time. The jury wasn’t convinced that she even did it. It had nothing to do with anything you said in this video.

No, it hinged on whether she knew what she was doing was wrong at the time. The answer is yes. She knew she had to get rid of the person who could stop her, she knew it had to be long enough to do it before he got back, she knew to hide them in the basement to make finding them take longer, she knew she had to call him back so he wouldn’t think something was wrong, she knew she had to lie to him on the phone all to make him think everything was ok, and she knew she had to lock her bedroom door so he couldn’t stop her. She also knew she had to lie to Dr Tufts the day before about her ideations so she couldn’t intervene.
