Yall I do NOT recommend the depo shot. It makes you so drained and makes you lose a lot of weight. It made me so tired all the time. I didn’t eat and all I did was sleep like I had zero energy all the time and all I did was sleep all day. 10/10 would NOT recommend

I’m 18 and I’ve never taken birth control the doctors recommended it because of my severe period cramps but I’m not ever taking ts 😭🙏

One thing i really REALLY recommend is the patch because you dont digest it, it has less emotional and physical damage so it doesnt really make you gain weight it only made me gain in my chest and butt not my stomach at all and it didnt effect my mood swings as much or hormones obviously its birth control so it will affect hormones how it needs to but in my experience its had alot less emotional damage and physical
