@meghannmcuniff: Reporters asked Lindsay Clancy's lawyer today about conspiracy on the Internet involving her ex-husband. He didn't denounce them. Instead, he appeared embrace them and hinted we could hear more if prosecutors seek a second trial. A reporter first asked if he believed Patrick Clancy "has any responsibility in this tragedy?" "I think Patrick, you heard the 911 call. I think you can judge his credibility by that 911 call. I don't know what is in Patrick's mind. I mean, he testified, and the jury was able to evaluate him," Kevin Reddington said. At his wife's request, Patrick went to a pharmacy and to pick up food from a restaurant before he went to his home in Duxbury, Massachusetts, on Jan. 24, 2023, and found his wife injured outside after jumping from a second-story window. His 911 call recorded his screams as he found his three children in the basement, strangled with exercise bands. The recording was entered as evidence in Clancy's murder trial and played in open court, but the audio was not streamed online, and the recording won't be made public. A reporter pressed Reddington about the conspiracy against Patrick, which accuse him of murdering his children and framing his wife. "Kevin! The poor man. He's been accused of murder," she said. "Not by me," Reddington said. "Regarding the people on the internet, you know, I certainly don't dismiss them. It's amazing what people on TikTok and on Instagram. ... It's amazing how they're able to ferret out facts and they do investigations, and t's just truly amazing this whole concept of the internet. It really is," he continued. Another reporter asked later, "Would you like to dispel some of the rumors that we're seeing online about Patrick Clancy potentially being involved in this? Do you have anything to say about that?" "I said what I want to say regarding that in the trial, and we'll see where the case goes on the next time around. If, in fact, it does go to, go to trial," Reddington said. Patrick Clancy divorced Lindsay Clancy and is remarried. His lawyer Howard Cooper of Todd & Weld LLP issued a statement during trial: “The facts are indisputable: Patrick Clancy has suffered an unspeakable and unimaginable loss. Unfortunately, the tragedy Patrick has experienced has been compounded by patently false, defamatory, and injurious public statements.” “The individuals making those statements – from minor influencers to major celebrities – should be on notice that their despicable actions and false, defamatory statements have caused real life consequences to the health and safety of Patrick and his family.” #law #crime #court

She ruined his life twice. The least she can do is make a statement to leave her ex husband and wife alone.

He says Patrick’s credibility is heard by the 911 and says “not by me” meaning he is NOT accusing Patrick. Accept it and move on, Reddington has always stood up for Patrick.

🙈🙉🙊 :
he mentioned the 911 call because it makes it clear that he knows Patrick is lying. The order of in which he found the kids on the phone vs the order he says he found them when he testified don't match up, and Reddington made it clear in his statements and with witnesses that you couldn't hear her speak on the call.
Do ANY of you Patrick supporters care that he had a direct veiw from where he was standing with Lindsey, into the basement window where police said Callan was in clear veiw?? but claims to not have seen him at all and not go look for his kids for like 10 whole minutes?? if I found my partner like this and they told me my kids were in the basement, I would LOOK in the basement window that was like 3ft from us and then I'd be sprinting down there bcz NOTHING comes between me and my babies. This really doesn't bother yall???? nevermind a million other wtfs

He knows the Patrick Clancy conspiracy is providing reasonable doubt. So he certainly is not gonna say anything to indicate Patrick didn’t do it.

Can someone please explain what I’m missing about the Lindsay Clancy case?
A mother took the lives of her three children and is now seeking to avoid criminal responsibility on the grounds that she was experiencing a severe mental health episode. But I feel like we may be focusing on the wrong point.
If a mother, for whatever reason, takes the lives of her children and later fully regains awareness of what she has done, I struggle to understand how her priority could be avoiding the consequences. I would imagine she would have to live with the unbearable knowledge that her children’s final experiences were with the very person who was supposed to protect them from everything, taking their lives one by one.
I have seen mothers become psychologically devastated after losing a child, even when the death was caused by an accident completely beyond their control, and some have never truly recovered from that loss.
That is why, for me, this is not only about examining her mental state at the exact moment it happened. I also find it impossible to ignore her actions and behavior before and after the deaths.
And that is the part I struggle with most: if she has truly regained full awareness of what she did, how can she fight to avoid punishment for the deaths of her own children?
Others may interpret her behavior differently, but from my perspective, her actions before and after say a great deal. Sometimes a person can maintain an image of who they supposedly are for a very long time, until eventually they can no longer sustain it.

I want to hear the 911 calls, the body cam footage, and know what they found in his phone. Oh and the home video of how the camera was shut off and what was happening right breve they went out.
