Very simply; you cannot affirm capitalist relations to abolish them. Even if that’s what Marx argued, he was wrong. There’s a reason no ‘AES’ state has gone beyond producing for exchange and value mediating production. Call it idealist, call it whatever you want, but what you’re describing is not the immanent contradictions the proletariat can take to abolish capitalism, it’s just reifying capitals valorisation for the people’s wage labour. What a joke. How’s your ‘small business’ going in China?

If im not wrong Anarchism doesn’t always believe in no government at all, but just non hierarchical government, and an Anarcho Communist system with a said non hierarchical government could be seen as a type of “worker’s state” (since many modern Anarchist ideas of “abolishing the state” can still have some government). Either way, Marxism would believe the state would eventually “wither away” once Communism was achieved, through the process of Socialism
