I admit I've only watched random videos about the case on here so im not fully knowledgeable about the case but didnt her lawyer full out say "you know she did it, I know she did it, she knows she did it..." or something like that? why wouldn't they be trying to say she was set up? this whole thing is a mess.

The trial was not about whether she’d done it or not. She’s already admitted she did it. It’s deciding whether she knew it was wrong and did it or whether she was insane at the time of the murders. And the 1 juror that opposed is the one saying that she was NOT insane. The other ones wrote the judge upset saying the 1 juror was not following the rules of reasonable doubt and using personal bias. 😅😅
