All of that ground is contaminated. Those oil tanks have been leaking for 40 years. I worked at the Texaco Express Libe behind Krall Oil and they came in and installed ventilation because we had raw fuel coming through our basement floor. Then I worked at McVac when they had to move the pipeline that carries fuel to Bradley for the planes. It’s all contaminated
