there’s nothing thst special about Christianity. Arguably the pagan Persian empire had better human rights than many Christian civilizations. also rights that we have today are due to the enlightenment which literally moved away from strict religious application of law.

I mean, if we’re gonna use Christian logic here. The soul is meaningless at that point of life because it hasn’t gone through baptism, communion, and confirmation. Which means, it’s the same thing as a heretic or a pagan. So the removal of it is no different than a non-Christian passing on. They’re not gonna go to heaven because they weren’t Christians for the same reason why a clump of cells is not gonna go on to heaven. Non-Christians don’t go to heaven because they don’t receive baptism, communion, and confirmation, the same goes for the unborn.
