The theory of relativity gives us the answer within its name. EVERYTHING is relative. For a photon (same analogy could be made for anything moving at the speed of light), everything is instantaneous so for its’ perspective, there is no beginning or end from the moment it is emitted and absorbed, it is only a single instance. This is the perspective it sees when it interacts with anything. From our perspective i.e. relative to us, we can clearly see all the stages from the moment it is emitted to the moment it is absorbed. A changing universe does not make a difference because speed of light is the speed of causality, this means that the cause and effect that causes the change and its’ information can be inferred at the speed of light at most.

Maybe because he’s getting older too, that’s part of the universe even speed of light is defined by time and space

God sits outside of time, therefore this breaks a lot of the criticism atheists have against religion. You would think people who believe so strongly in science would at least have heard of the theory of relativity.
