having doubt isn't beyond a reasonable doubt. we are taking the words of the head juror.as fact when they could have misinterpreted what he meant. that man didn't get to defend himself. when the judge asked if he could follow the law as instructed. he said yes.

People keep saying he didn’t follow instructions - but he’s 100% within the law - if a juror believes Clancy is guilty based on the evidence and is honestly applying the law. That's permitted, even if everyone else disagrees.
