Don’t only search for a mysterious hidden app. Someone’s access may potentially involve an account, connected device, synced computer, sharing permission, location setting, active session, cloud account, VPN/profile or mirroring connection. And yes — sometimes people describe difficult-to-identify access as being “ghosted.” But there are also plenty of ordinary account and device connections that aren’t obvious from looking at your home screen. Most importantly: a hot phone, flat battery or glitch does not prove surveillance. Look for evidence. And if you discover something unexpected while dealing with coercive control or stalking, consider documenting it before removing it. CHECK → DOCUMENT → VERIFY → SECURE. 💙 Save this.
