@visual.healthlab: Biceps Tendinitis & Patellar Tendinitis: Where Does It Hurt? Biceps tendinitis and patellar tendinitis can cause pain in two very different areas — the front of your shoulder or directly below your kneecap. If shoulder pain gets worse when reaching overhead, lifting, or carrying, the biceps tendon may be involved. Pain below the kneecap that worsens with running, squatting, jumping, or stairs may involve the patellar tendon. Reducing aggravating movements and gradually rebuilding tendon strength can help support recovery. Returning to normal activity too quickly may cause symptoms to come back. Where exactly is your pain: the front of your shoulder or just below your kneecap? What movement makes it worse? Tell me in the comments. Educational content only. This does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. #BicepsTendinitis #PatellarTendinitis #TendonPain #ShoulderPain #KneePain
