Most states DOC fees are non negotiable and need to be the same price charged to every customer. I know in PA 100% for fact that’s the case

car dealer does not understand that people are forced to go to car dealers to get new cars. people are not forced to go to delivered to buy new cars, they are seeking delivered or alternative methods so they never have to deal with a dealer/dealership

I am one attempted purchase away for paying the thousand dollars to not have to work with these dealerships. I spent an entire day today trying to get an airheaded employee to make a deal happen, only to find out that my out of state credit union financing wasn’t gonna be acceptable to the dealership and they needed me to use one of their finance companies. Of course I had a bunch of questions about this and called an emailed my sales person but you guessed it, I haven’t heard back from them since 5 o’clock today and it’s now 730.
