Now tell us about the male juror who sat at the end, closest to the commonwealth, the one who didn’t take any notes, or read along with the judges charges, the one that nodded along with the commonwealth’s closing, the one that was the 1 against 11 of his peers and lied under oath and was not able to apply the law when it comes to reasonable doubt. You know, the one who acknowledged there was reasonable doubt to acquit but chose to stand their ground and break the law?

How does anyone know if the juror refused to follow the law? How do you know that the foreman thinks because he didn’t agree with her must mean he refused to follow the law when in reality he was following the law
