I am attempting to buy a new charging cord for my turtle box speaker and I don’t know how to tell what generation it is. I think it was the very first generation y’all sold them, but I could be wrong? There’s nowhere on your website that shows how I can send you an email or chat or do any of that which to me seems a little insane, especially since it’s 2026 ?🤦🏼♀️how can I find out the generation of turtle box that I have when I only need a $24 charging cord?.
