Mind you Alix idolized her before cooper started cleaning up her image. She idolized the raunchy, wild, unfiltered, controversial side of this super successful woman. Like what’s the problem? She realized her idol was exactly who she thought she was? Makes zero sense.

I went to listen to the episode because I hate making judgement based off edited clips. Before she asked those questions, Alex literally said “so we are going to know a little bit about alix and her seggual escapades. So we know this is call her day so we are going to have some more drinks” alix response was “oh yeah we have to” the whole conversation sounded consensual. Alex didn’t ask out of nowhere, she introduced the portion of that podcast. I get alix was younger but she’s old enough to be straight with Alex if she doesn’t want to answer certain questions. She can’t expect Alex to read her mind. I would said anything that Alex could’ve done better is to tell the guest to say if they are uncomfortable anytime in this convo and it will be cut. That’s what I do with my podcast. I interview my guest about their trauma. I ask the uncomfortable questions for a reason but I respect my guest if they don’t want to answer a certain question

And mind you- she’s aware of the questions that are appropriate for an interview. But the big names she’s had that are protected with way more lawyers and experience in the game (ex: Kim Kardashian) were not asked or approached in an interview in the same way younger Alix was, bc Alex Cooper would lose that battle against a kardashian.
