Yess agreed. Did you see that Hilary Duff fitness ad recently? She looks amazing and is strong - I think that’s the direction that Aus is heading in (hopefully).

I’ve been saying this. Toned will be the new body trend- it was curves and then skinny and now you can buy both pretty easily. It’s no longer unattainable, you can’t really buy muscle 🤷🏻♀️

it’s not actually cheating the system really it’s definitely a boost! I still have to eat clean, make sure i’m waking, gym 4x a week to maintain my muscle and i eat 3 meals a day still!! It definitely helps hunger but it 100% does not do the work for you, not eating or training on it can lead to so much muscle loss and bad health

i don't know what it's like in australia but there's definitely not a skinny epidemic outside of the entertainment industry/cities like miami and la in the united states. like most of the country is still fat because our economy sucks and glps are an economic luxury

It’s not like you lose weight right away . You have to eat clean and workout . Just so you know it’s not cheating , you actually have to work to lose the weight. People think the weight just comes off right away and that’s not what happens !

I lost 35 lbs from quitting alcohol and intuitive eating. I’m 100 lbs now, but I was 98 lbs all of my 20’s before I started drinking heavily and went up to 135

I get your point, but being thin has always been preferred by the masses since the 70s. So it’ll always be there.

Skinny will always be a thing because what every body is whining about is mostly just a healthy body weight. I can’t tell you how many times people have intimated that I’m sick and I’m just a regular body weight I’m not even that skinny

Uh, I was on a GLP1 for my health. And, no, the skinny epidemic isn’t going away because food is readily available imo. In places where food is harder to come by, weightier women are considered more attractive.
