I used to take one called Nikki and it had both, however after months on it i started to develop blood clots in my lungs! it wasn’t my first time using the pill and when i did the first time i was fine. I had to go to the ER and now im on blood thinners 😭 my only option now is to get a copper IUD since it has no hormones
