In this situation the BIO mom doesn’t even have custody of the child and the dad and step mom are raising him. The bio mom has several open CPS and criminal cases. They let her know and invited her to the hospital out of the kindness of their own hearts.

The child’s medical needs have to stay at the center of that moment. If two parents need to be present, adult insecurity shouldn’t create another problem for the child. The relationship work belongs with the adults, not on the hospital room.

Oh brother 😂! So I’m confused. which is it, the Step mom doesn’t want hubby alone with Bio mom or do what’s best for the child? Why is the bio mom being their the automatic choice for what’s best for the child? There not enough info to say it is. Also recording things to be petty is an obvious sign of who might be better for the child.

Absolutely not. The father and mother stay with the child and the girlfriend goes home unless there is a risk for the child and that risk needs to be discussed with the doctor.

The mom isn’t allowed to be with the child unsupervised. The dad isn’t allowed to be the supervisor. The step mom was already leaving, so the mom also had to leave. The fact that she can’t be alone with her child has nothing to do with the father having balls or the step mom being mature. Not his girlfriend, by the way, it’s his wife, and they are the custodial parents. Why don’t you use your platform to correct this misinformation so people will leave these people alone?
