even if you are the first person to describe this as an "anti blush" you don't have ownership over the phrase. it's a general descriptor, and you didn't come up with it. the phrase "anti-(noun)" is not new. People telling you to sue are being delusional. companies get ideas from their consumer base and if people start calling a product something they may incorporate that into their marketing as long as it's not using any trademarked property.
