I WISH I work 10 hours and take 55-60 calls a day, that’s which having an hour break and other tasks in between

When you started call center having to remember all the info was it overwhelming and with time how long did you overcome it

I complain about working on phones but these comments remind me how good I have it. Full time WFH job, and the busiest day of calls I still only take maybe 15-20 max. On average I take maybe 8-10 calls in a 8 hour shift. I also have “non phone times” where I’m working side emails, processing attachments etc which is much more relaxed.

I LOVE Sundays at my call center job. 5 minutes in between calls most of the day.
