@frrobgalea: Today, as I was walking my dog, I watched this umbrella being dragged along by the current. It made me wonder how often we allow life to do the same to us. How do we know which direction is of God? 1. Follow peace. God can challenge you, but His voice draws you towards a deeper peace. 2. Look at the fruit. Is this making you more loving, generous, patient and more like Jesus? 3. Bring it to prayer. Not every voice deserves your attention. Give God enough silence to hear His. Do not just follow the current. Discern where it is taking you.
