In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined. 2. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well. 3. Add the flour and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms. 4. Add black food coloring and mix until the dough is evenly black. 5. Scoop out the dough, flatten each piece, and add a small amount of cheesecake filling in the center. Cover completely with more cookie dough and seal the edges. 6. Freeze the stuffed cookie dough for 20–30 minutes. 7. Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes. 8. Let the cookies cool slightly. 9. For the marshmallow web: microwave marshmallows for 30 seconds. Let them cool slightly, then stretch the melted marshmallow over the cookies to create a spider-web . 10.
