My daughter stopped at Dunkin' after a long, exhausting day of college just wanting to get some Snackin' Bacon (might I add it was 4 pm and they close at 8 pm). When she opened the bag, she found burnt pieces of bacon AND disposable gloves in the bag with her food. I'm absolutely heartbroken. My daughter was so upset that someone would do something like this to her. She couldn't understand why someone she doesn't even know would treat her food this way. As her mother, seeing how hurt and disgusted she was made me furious. I went back inside because this is NOT something I could just ignore. This goes beyond bad customer service or an incorrect order, this is a FOOD SAFETY concern. Gloves used by employees while handling food and working behind the counter should NEVER end up inside a customer's food bag. this is disgusting, unacceptable, and needs to be addressed. Customers should be able to order food without worrying about whether it is being handled safely. My daughter deserved better, and so does every person who walks through those doors. Please share this so it reaches the right people and gets the attention it deserves, the manager of course was not there but I will be back to have a talk with them!
