SNICKERS CHEESECAKE COOKIES RECIPE BELOW #food #recipe #cheescake #cookies #snickers COOKIE DOUGH 150 g unsalted butter (softened) 90 g powdered sugar 16 g vanilla sugar (2 tbsp) 1 egg (medium) 300 g all-purpose flour 3 g baking powder 15 g cocoa powder CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE 200 g cream cheese 8 g vanilla sugar (1 tbsp) 50 g powdered sugar PEANUT MIXTURE 100 g peanuts 100 g caramel COATING 300 g milk chocolate Place the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add the egg and mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, and knead until smooth. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Roll them into small logs and press a dent in the center with your thumb. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Mix the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until smooth, then transfer it to a piping bag. Fill the indentations of the cookies with the cream cheese mixture. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes. Let them cool. Mix the chopped peanuts with the caramel until thick. Spoon the peanut mixture onto the cooled cookies. Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler (au bain-marie). Pour the melted chocolate into a narrow, deep bowl and dip the cookies in one by one. Place them on parchment paper. Drizzle thin lines of white chocolate over the cookies and garnish with chopped peanuts. Let the chocolate set.
