I actually think you're pulling skin and the lipedema as lots of lipedema often settle in the hips as "saddle bags" I was just diagnosed and had to find someone outside of my GP who s was aware of lipedema to diagnose me, it was a pain

You need to make an appointment with a vein clinic. 1) when you where heavy you may have damaged your veins and caused something Veinous insufficiency (they will do ultrasounds to tell) and 2) vein doctors are educated in lipa & lympadema. 3) there is no actual proven evidence of anything that helps other than surgery to remove it.everything is ppl guessing or borrowing from lymphedema treatment
