wrong Ur supposed to slip and then pinch the meat on my hand between the handled then swear then get hold of it then once it's off it flys off somewhere and U have to go buy a new one .

all my knipexs rust like hell. use them for 11 months and have to buy another ones because that rust is stressy. i try with rust remover, degresare, grease buy they have only one way...to rust like hell.
