im a butcher. my whole family are butchers and owners of their own butcher store. the oxtails is round at the end, the smaller part of the tail. but the part closest to the spine, its shaped differently, the closer it get to the spine, the different it gets, the closet it get to the end of the tail, the smaller and rounded it gets.

The untied states was actually shipping kangaroo meat here. There are records of the shipments just look it up people. Theres no regulations anymore on where our meat comes from
