hey hello!! I don't really know how to explain buttt... basically you need 2 tubes. the red tube is a tube that has a hole inside it, the blue tube has to be full (without holes) and has to be a little bit smaller than the red one and it should be a bit longer than the red tube. then, the green parts should be some circles or plates and glue them to to the blue part and then it should be able to spin (the blue/green part), then glue the plates to the GREEN parts, important!!!! glue them to the GREEN parts, if you glue them to the red part it won't work.
