Panoxyl does not bleach skin but it does bleach hair and fabric. It also causes photosensitive or sensitivity to light. You’re probably seeing hyperpigmentation.

Panyoxl is benzoyl peroxide,Benzoyll peroxide makes your skin super sensitive to sun as it clears bacteria,You have to use spf while using it or else youll get hyperpigmentation

That’s not vitiligo boo it’s tinea versicolor I grew up with this in the center of my eye brows and face it’s considered acid where I’m from but it’s def tinea veriscolor look it up
