Those medications are not some basic skincare or otc ones, they are strong regulated topical medications, you need a prescription for it, the pharmacy just illegally sold you that, you can look up what does “Red K” symbol mean

Yes but use it without prescription is not good either, tretinoin is an active form of retinoic acid which can harm your skin. Go to halodoc app to get the prescription almost free chat with doctor. And tbh not everyone need tretinoin especially when they didn’t have severe acne, plus this is not a good trend to do.
