Butter is just concentrated milk fat. So it's literally the same thing as putting cream in your coffee. If you take whole milk and put it in a jar with a marble in it, sit there and shake it while you watch TV It will make butter. Butter is just a form of milk. Okay don't believe me? is three percent milk still milk? 2%? Skim milk? okay, So if it has less fat and it's still milk, then isn't it still milk if it's more fat? Butter is just 99% fat milk.
