Also, regarding other body language cues, reasons & how people read or interpret them; we must note that different cultures globally may have similar characteristics, similar manifestations, or signs but mean totally the opposite or different things. Not looking into the eyes in one culture may be a sign of shiftiness or being dodgy but in another culture may be a sign of respect, difference, and hierarchical modality .. for example. it's not always global. we must also learn not to see things solely from the dominant groups lens. Not always one brush fits all, or sweeping generalised interpretations ;there are always exceptions. The world is diverse and there is strength too in that diversity or cultural mores, modalities, expressions, and more.

Yeah I fiddle, I rub my nose (it runs constantly), etc I live my life and people can like it or leave. It’s fantastic when you don’t over analyze and just accept yourself and others without over analyzing every action. Hitting 40 is amazing for that. You just don’t care anymore.
