Hi Courtney, I’ve reached a place where I genuinely don’t need to know what happens next to feel at peace with where I am now. That didn’t come from having an easy life. It came through living, hurting, healing, feeling, recognising, accepting and integrating every part of myself, including both the light and the darkness within me. I no longer need to deny any part of my humanity to know the soul that I am beneath it all. I’ve realised there is no peace in trying to live tomorrow before it arrives. The only place I can actually meet life is here, in this present moment. I bring everything I’ve lived and integrated into it, my emotions, intuition, discernment, sovereignty and the wisdom I now embody. I can feel fear without allowing it to choose for me. I can feel anger, grief, uncertainty, hope, joy and excitement without becoming any one of them. I trust God, and I trust me. I trust what I hold within me, my knowing, my intuition, my discernment and my sovereignty. I don’t need to control another person’s choices or know exactly how something will unfold, because those things aren’t mine to control. What is mine is the choice I make now. And that’s the beautiful thing about living in the present. I’m not abandoning my future by refusing to worry about it. I’m creating it. Every thought, every choice and every action I take in this moment becomes a step into what comes next. Then life moves, another present moment arrives, and I choose again. There is such freedom in that. I get to be a soul and completely, beautifully human at the same time. To love, laugh, cry, feel, create, dream, experience the wonder and magic of being alive and trust myself to meet whatever comes. The future will become the present soon enough. Until then, I’m here. 😌☺️🙏❤️🪷💖✨️🕯⚖️🕊
