that flight tech is bug abuse first of all, and secondary imo silver will never be "balanced" character because of his freedom of flight. I'm not saying like fleetway is balanced or sh, yet in current state he pretty much is, but free flight overall won't ever fit perfectly to, at least, this exact game ngl dash (shadow)? yes double jump like eggman's one? yes free flight? too op(now with bug abuse/release silver/overall much of his states and vers of flight balance)/too underpowered(like when they made full flight bar regenerate in 1-2 mins or sum). I'm SURE there are a lot of other ways to rework him, but the current state? lowest plank of being acceptable w/o bug abuse/don't even dare to cry when ACTUALLY skillful player will step in and play fleetway js cause of you and your attempts to use bugs
