@ellielehnespage: YOU SHOULD TRY THIS! We took the Chicken Chipotle Mini Tacos from Costco and turned them into nachos. They tasted like chicken enchiladas in a way- soooo delicious. If we do them again we will use nonstick spray first though. We added cheese, black beans, refried beans, corn (don’t knock it till you try it) and olives. We baked at 425 for about 20 mins but then put on broil for a few mins at the end. We will definitely make these again! #costco #minitacos #nachos #delicious
