@nataly_runn: 1. Scallops — 20 g of protein per 100 g. Almost zero fat. Zinc and selenium for hormone production. 2. Edamame — 11 g of protein per 100 g. Complete amino acid profile. One of the very few plant foods that meets this standard. 3. Spirulina — 57 g of protein per 100 g when dried. The highest concentration of protein among all foods on Earth. 4. Pumpkin seeds — 19 g of protein per 100 g. One of the highest zinc contents per gram. Zinc regulates cortisol, sebum, and progesterone. 5. Hemp seeds — 31 g of protein per 100 g. Complete protein. Omega-3 and omega-6 in the ideal ratio. 6. Fermented soy — 19 g of protein per 100 g. Natural probiotic. More protein than tofu, with better absorption. 7. Parmesan — 35 g of protein per 100 g. Most people think of it as something you add to a dish. It’s one of the foods with the highest protein content. 8. Nutritional yeast — 50 g of protein per 100 g. Complete protein. B12. Tastes like cheese. Add it to everything. All 8 also support hormonal function. Because protein isn’t just needed for muscles. It’s needed for cortisol regulation, skin repair, estrogen elimination, and sleep quality. Which of these protein sources surprised you? #protein #body #howtoloseweight #canada

The difference is the BIOAVAILABILITY ... eggs have the most bioavailable protein to the human body of all forms of protein- ie, per gram , you'll absorb more protein from eggs than ANY other protein source. I'd be cautious on dancing around while propelling misleading info...

Scallops? in this economy? Eggs provide 20g protein for about under $1 which is more affordable than sine of the suggestions.

Bee Pollen - about 25-35g of protein per 100g. And lots of amino acids and B vitamins!

Stop posting such videos as other foods with the same amount of protein are calorie dense. For example, 100g pumpkin seeds contain 500+ calories.

Scallops are harvested primarily through commercial dredging on the ocean floor…please try to choose a more environmentally sustainable source of protein.
