This was my first take sitting down to revisit the HIStory Tour arrangement of “They Don’t Care About Us,” an arrangement I hadn’t played since the tour itself. I was basically relearning it in real time, working from memory and finding my way back into the parts before filming the official video. Sometimes the process before the finished performance is just as interesting as the performance itself!
