why do people keep saying she had dementia..? they evaluated her and her forgetfulness was due to her taking a double dosage of MEDICATION. she’s not demented.

Went to show her off, after the insane decision to let her watch another baby. Wanted her friends to see she'd been forgiven. Then forgets the baby in the car. This woman is a monster.

Everyone keeps blaming the therapist but as a mental health professional, no one suggests rebuilding trust unless the patient has stated that it’s something they are interested in. I’m thinking the therapist probably suggested this as a homework assignment bc the family expressed wanting to rebuild the relationship again. The therapist had no clue that it would result in another death and should not take any blame for the actions/ negligence of another person. That’s like saying a therapist should be jailed if they gave you an assignment to face a fear of outside and you get into a horrible accident when doing it. Not their fault but it’s a terrible situation and I’m sure the therapist is trying to overcome guilt already.

I’m sorry, but how do you forget a baby that you took with you to lunch?! Like you put her in the car seat. You grabbed her diaper bag and carried with you into the restaurant and back into the car. As much as people want to blame the parents and I do think the therapist was wrong for the suggestion, GRANDMA KNEW HER SYMPTOMS. SHE KNEW her had bad memory and deceived her family into believing she could handle it. I was diagnosed with ADHD. Even with medications, I still could still with memory loss like forgetting where I placed things, hyper focused, time blindness and everything. I still need timers. I still need to list things and properly plan. This was piss poor communication on Grandma’s part and it’s messed up she was willing to drag her daughter down this hellhole because she didn’t want accept that she is no longer capable of being a caregiver.
