I Read the doc in its entirety. TLDR Bea twisted words, ozel never denied an official license, people were being paid (though they admitted to peoples pay being delayed due to their unorganized system) Ozel was in Japan 5 MONTHS AGO, development was never ceased but slowed during maintenance. A concrete reason for the maintenance was not given but one can come up with a few ideas as to why if you read the doc. Also please do not get all of your opinions just from this comment I encourage you to go read it for yourself and form your own opinion
