🚨💔 TRACKER IS SHUTTING DOWN & HIS EYES ARE SUFFERING. HE WILL BE NEXT. I don’t understand why no one wants Tracker. Tracker has been in this shelter for a MONTH after being surrendered because of landlord restrictions. His brother Onyx was adopted, but Tracker is still waiting. He is miserable. The last time my friend visited, Tracker was jumping all over his kennel from stress. This time, he wouldn’t even get up. 💔 He is completely overwhelmed by being confined 24/7 with no toys, exercise, or enrichment. And then there are his EYES. Tracker has entropion, meaning his eyelids roll inward & his eyelashes rub against his eyes. It is painful & requires surgical correction. This shelter does not have a vet, so there is no one here who can properly address this while he sits in his kennel suffering. Yet despite all of this, Tracker is still a love bug. He is a big, gorgeous Shepherd mix who may look intimidating through his kennel door, but he is actually dog & kid friendly, housebroken, & incredibly sweet. Now the constant shelter stress is taking its toll. When space is needed next, TRACKER IS GOING. We cannot let this boy die in a shelter. He needs someone who will give him time to decompress, get his eyes treated, & give him the exercise, structure, training, enrichment, & love he has been missing. He does not belong outside as a yard dog. He belongs INSIDE with his family. Please SHARE TRACKER! If you can adopt & get him the vet care he desperately needs, please go meet him.
