Your hair is NOT shedding queen, it’s breaking 😩 There’s a very very VERY fine line between normal shedding and breaking…here’s how you can tell which is which Hair that you shed is LONG/FULL LENGTH pieces of hair. If you look closely at the strand you’ll see a white bulb at the end of the strand, that’s your root… which means, it came from your scalp. AKA; it fell out NATURALLY! 👏🏽 Breakage is short and sweet - hair that is broken off is all different lengths (because it’s breaking off at different points of your hair strands) there’s also no white bulb meaning, it didn’t fall NATURALLY from your scalp, it broke off anywhere after that point.
