I blame our government leaders, how do you wake up one day and close PTCs and NTCs simply because you want all teacher to hold bachelors, us who studied from NTCs it hard to upgrade to bachelors, we have failed to obtain government payroll, the govt should give us payroll such that we can get money to upgrade

That is genuine, there is lack of enough trained primary teachers since PTCs were closed and it is worse with private schools whereby as a director for you to get a trianed teacher and Sustaining him or her it is now expensive, and now most private schools have resorted to using s.6 and s.4 levers and retired teachers from government. On that note i therefore advise the ministry of education to repardon and allow those ptcs to resume
