Can u plz explain the “look”. I was thought not to look (as in your eyes shouldnt look at ceiliing) at the ceiling, only to the side.. but from your vid you look quite liberal to the sky.. problem is i feel i dont get enough air if i i only look to the side and i get water inside as well sometimes
